Delivery
Stock items will be shipped the next working day following notification of the satisfactory clearing of your credit card funds by WorldPay.

Out of stock items are shipped as soon as we manufacture them. Our aim is to ship out of stock goods within 7 working days of order.

We will notify you by e-mail when out of stock goods are being shipped.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT has been added, this is shown on the price you see on the screen and details included on your invoice.

All other orders are VAT free, if your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European community (EC) then your sales tax will be Zero.

Any customs or import duties levied once the packages reach your country will be your sole responsibility, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
