If
you wish to return any goods, please contact us by telephone
or email prior to despatch so that we can ensure a prompt
service.
Bluemoon Bottleneck is happy to replace/refund any goods that are
confirmed faulty.
As
soon as we receive the goods we will consider and action
your request, this will be confirmed to you by e-mail
using the e-mail address you notified us with. Where
a refund has been requested and agreed, we will request
that WorldPay credit your card transaction no later
than 1 working day following the date of our confirmation
e-mail.
If
the returned items are to be exchanged, the replacement
items if held in stock will be despatched within 1 working
day. If the items are not in stock we will notify you
of the new despatch date by e-mail.
You
will not be charged postage on the replacement of faulty
items. If the returned items are not faulty and are
to be sent back to you, our normal delivery charges
will apply. We will of course confirm this to you by
e-mail.
